Testfinomation respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal data we collect and why.

What data do we collect?

Name, email address and any information you provide yourself via a contact form.

What do we use your data for?

To get in touch with you, send quotes, carry out agreements and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping requirements).

Sharing with third parties

Testfinomation never sells your data to third parties. Data is only shared with parties that are necessary for carrying out the agreement (for example an accountant or hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary.

Security

Testfinomation takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary, and in any case no longer than legally required (for example 7 years for tax records under the statutory retention obligation).

Your rights
